PRESTON BAILEY DESIGNS ADDS THIRD FLOOR TO ITS CHELSEA OFFICE
NEW YORK, NY (May 24, 2010) — In a effort to keep up with their expanding event design business, Preston Bailey Designs has just acquired an additional floor at 147 West 25th Street. Preston Bailey, a world-renowned design icon has housed his company’s New York City headquarters at 147 West 25th since 1998, but with the expansion of the company’s executive team and the growing business both here in the U.S. and abroad, the additional floor and its 3,500 square footage became necessary.
The top 3 floors of 147 West 25th Street, owned and operated by First Service Williams, now house Preston Bailey Designs’ executive offices. Those offices are quickly being filled by new hires charged with developing the company and positioning the brand for major strategic growth. The rest of the over 10,000 square feet is showroom and workroom spaces, used for creating and displaying Preston Bailey’s signature designs for events, weddings, art installations and more.
